The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, services, and competence to complete the following dockside repairs on the USCGC HAMMER (WLIC-75302): 1. Clean, inspect, and disinfect potable water tank(s). 2. Remove and install spud air winches. 3. Hydroblast sewage and grey water system piping. 4. Remove and install crane diesel engine. 5. Inspect and test air receivers and relief valves. 6. Remove asbestos-containing insulation and recoat barge components. 7. Remove asbestos-containing insulation and renew tender insulation at main hold. 8. Renew chill water insulation. 9. Repair and preserve pilot house. 10. Provide Temporary Logistics.
