The National Center for Toxicological Research, 3900 NCTR Road, Jefferson, Arkansas has a requirement for On-Site Operation Maintenance and Support Services for facilities consisting of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of floor space. Services required will include, but not be limited to: operation of of on-site utility systems; providing craft shop support services; preventive and remedial maintenance on utility plants and equipment and on process and non-process equipment; maintenance, alteration and repair of buildings and structures; and grounds maintenance. These services will be provided to the entire NCTR complex, including existing buildings and structures and those currently undergoing renovation and new construction. Competition is limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. Interested 8(a) firms are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation. The applicable SIC Code is 8744 with a size code standard of $20.0 million.
