The study will determine whether the Supply Management and Supply systems Services for Robins AFB Georgia should be performed under contract with commercial sources or retained in-house using Government personnel. The areas being considered include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Administrative; 2) Customer Support Services; 3) Program Management and Systems; 4) Maintenance Support; and 5) Operations Support. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearance required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation.
