The contractor shall provide a total service program for chemical water treatment of hydronic heating and cooling systems, including positive prevention of scaling, corrosion, deterioration of metal piping, chemical protection of equipment and control of biological growth. The contractor shall provide all management, professional chemical analysis, tools, chemicals, supplies, transportation, equipment, and labor necessary to meet the objectives of the Statement of Work(SOW). Performance period consists of basic year and four(4) option years. This is a fixed-price contract. Solicitation will be issued on or around 24 Jun 99.
