The proposed contractor shall provide labor equipement and supplies needd for demolition, debris removal, excavation, construction, materials, elevator and lift installation, testing and certification in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is inclusive of installation of vertical wheel chair lifts and a stair climber-wheel chair in accordance with drawings and specifications. The contractor must comply with all institution, local, state, federal policies and regulations pertaining to worker safety including but not limited to: hot work, permits, hazardous communciation, lockout/tagout, personal protective equipment and fall protection. The cost range is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The duration of the contract is 180 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit an offer. There are a limited number of plans and specifications available so, first come, first serve. A $150.00 refundable fee is required for this solicitation.
