PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: provide new ground rods and grounding conductors at various locations, perform resistance-to-ground tests on new grounding systems, perform all other work incidental to the completion, including any site restoration to restore disturbed areas to original condition. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 8 June 99.
