Please note that bids offering other than "Slurry Seal" will be considered non-responsive to the specifications. The contract will be for a base year, with four (4) options to be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. CLIN 0001 will be for the Base year application of slurry Seal to 2-lane roads within Mount Rainier National Park, located in Washington State. The minimum order for CLIN 0001 will be $2,000.00, with a maximum of $500,000.00. CLIN 0002 will be for centerline marking for the base year. The minimum ordered for CLIN 0002 will be $100.00 with a maximum of $2,000.00. CLINS 0003, 0005, 0007, and 0009 will be the same description as CLIN 0001 for the option years, with the exception that there will be no minimum guaranteed. CLIN 0004, 0006, 0008, and 0010 will be the same description as CLIN 0002, with the exception that there will be no minimum quaranteed. Subcontracting Plans will be required for large businesses submitting bids. The order of magnitude for each year is $250,000-$500,000 and bidders must consider this for their performance/payment bonds. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 1611.
