Sherrell (206)764-3203 (SITE Code DACA67) The Seattle District Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for multiple award, multi-year contracts to perform multidisciplinary maintenance, repair and minor construction work in support of military and civil construction projects at Fort Lewis, WA and Fort Lewis Subinstallations in Western Washington, Western Oregon. Two indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts are anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. As requirements develop, Task Orders will be issued on a competitive or sole source basis to the awardees of this solicitation, at the Government's option. Awardee may also compete with other sources (e.g. 8(a) contractsor existing MATOCs). A seed project (to be determined) will be awarded to one of the MATOC Contractors for projects. Projects may vary from 100 percent design to design-build in nature. Each contract will include a base year and two option periods. Maximum value of all work awarded under the MATOC will be limited to $10 million per period or $30 million over the life of the contracts. Task Order minimum and Maximum limits are $50,000 and $5,000,000 respectively.AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 15 Jun 99 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
