The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification concerning questions received as a result of this solicitation: Question 1: "I do not understand the "Lorad (Pantak) comment. Are you requesting a quotation on a LPX 200, manufactured by Lorad Inudstrial Imaging, Danbury, CT, or an HF 225 manufactured by Pantak, Ltd., Reading, United Kingdom? Answer 1: Tronix, Lorad (Pantak) 200KV/360 degree panoramic x-ray system, water cooled, 100% duty cycle, constant potential, portable (#LPX200WC) (or equivalent) Question 2: "You requested a quotation on a 36" x 72" mobile barrier. What is the thickness of the material? Who is the manufacturer of part number 65101? Answer 2: Tronix, x-ray barrier, mobile 36" x 72" with lead glass 1.50 mm equivalent to lead. The lead glass should be 8" x 10", #65101. Additionally, the quantity for Line Item 5 (X-Ray Barrier) is corrected to read "2 each."
