Sullivan (202) 502-1325 The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
is seeking sources to provide additional Spacesaver Case Type Double
Wall shelving units with the following specifications: uprights of
18-gauge steel to be 88.25"H X 24"W (or 12"W), seven shelf openings per
section, with high pressure laminate face panels on end units; shelves,
plain or slotted, in 22-gauge steel to have two file dividers per side
with center or back stops and roll out reference shelves; and
Spacesaver Center Flange Power Assist Mobile Storage System with L one
piece low profile center flanged/load 1035 steel rails; underlayment
grade plywood raised flooring and ramp with integrated leveling screws
and permanent floor anchors with carpeting to match flooring; center
flange guidance system with syncro drive; dual safety sweeps on each
movable carriage running the full length of the aisle; and rechargeable
override unit and safety override key. These specifications are for
expansion and upgrade of an existing Spacesaver filing system. The
existing system was installed in 1994. Sources must be able to provide
necessary components manufactured by Spacesaver to successfully
complete the expansion/upgrade. Vendors who are able to provide the
necessary components and installation must submit written information
of their capability to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, Attn:
Jennifer French at 600 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 within
fifteen (15) calendar days after the publication of this notice.

acquisition will be made after responses to this notice are reviewed.
