The Department of Navy has a requirement for continued support for the testing and evaluation of the LASERNET Fines Optical Monitors. This procurement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems. Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems built the LASERNET Fines Optical Monitors, and it has been determined that their expertise is required during the testing and evaluation.
