Included are any supplies, special tools, equipment and communications software related to the provision of the required services. This includes, but is not limited to external pole(s), horn(s), or dish antennas, network hubs, satellite platforms, signal processing and network interface units, downlink or relay earth station antennas, as well as all other components that comprise a fully operational system.
