This support will include, but is not limited to, investigation and resolution of production job abends, identifying system performance issues, assisting in monitoring and identifying issues in the critical path processes, monitoring job schedules to identify, correct or escalate any issues, monitoring schedule changes and documenting issues in the Remedy Action Request System. This requirement is being set-aside for small businesses. The place of performace is Area Command-Mechanicsburg, PA. Period of performance is 1 Jun 99 through 31 May 00.
