Equipment must be banded and certified to be working by IBM. Equipment must be certified by IBM for IBM maintenance after installation. The following shall be included in vendor's quote: (1) Purchase price of equipment; (2) trade-in value for existing equipment listed below; (3) shipping/freight for inside delivery (to computer room). Loading dock is one level below the computer room accessible by elevator. (4) Installation and certification of purchased equipment; and (5) deinstallation of existing equipment (including pulling and removing old cables). Equipment must be delivered by June 21, 1999. It is mandatory that the installation will be performed on multiple Sundays between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m. To be completed before July 31, 1999.
