This modification is issued to change the SIC Code from 4812 to 7622. The synopsis is modified to read as follows: Elmendorf AFB, AK has a requirement for Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Services. The requirement includes performance of troubleshooting, repair, Preventive Maintenance Inspections, installation, and removal of commercial radio communications equipment. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as a competitive 100% Small Business set-aside. There is no geographical restriction. This acquisition is classified under the SIC Code 7622. Award of a contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offer whose proposal offers the best value to the government. Duration of the contract will be one (1) basic and four (4) option years. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract. A formal RFQ will be issued on or about 4 June 1999 with a closing date on or about 25 June 1999.
