Moulder, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-SS-CD, (256)842-0522 The purpose of this amendment is to announce that the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command issued the Omnibus 2000 (O2K) Draft Requests for Proposals (DRFPs) on 20 May 1999. The DRFPs for the three functional areas of logistics (DAAH01-99-R-0265), programmatic, (DAAH01-99-R-0266) and technical (DAAH01-99-R-0267) can be found on the Omnibus 2000 website. The entire draft solicitations are now available for download. The O2K WWW Server can be reached at: https://wwwproc.redstone.army.mil/acquisition/omnibus/omnibus.html. When connected, select the link entitled "Omnibus 2000 Draft RFPs". At this point you may download a copy of each DRFP and all attachments. Please note that Attachment 5, DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be posted in zip format. Attachment 5 will be the same for each DRFP and will only be posted once. In the event of technical complications in accessing the web site or downloading any document, two copies of each DRFP are being placed in the reading room at the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC), Building 4484 on Redstone Arsenal, AL. It should be clarified that this Level 3 APBI combines all three functional areas (logistics, programmatic, and technical).
