NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY (CSU) Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Colorado State University (CSU) for development of a descriptive profile of the recreational boating use on Lake Sonoma, California. Purpose of the contract will be to measure visitor perceptions of and preferences for various managerial, social and physical resource conditions or attributes at the lake. CSU is an established leader in water resources, research and development activity and have pioneered a methodology of establishing and implementing recreational boating studies. Sources with similar qualifications and experience may submit written requests for the solicitation. Provide qualifications and experience with requests for solicitation, simple requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
