Lease Bus -- This office is conducting market research of the commercial marketplace to determine what terms and conditions, contract type, commercial and performance based statements of work and other commercial practices currently being used in the leasing of buses. We are seeking information from companies and other federal agencies that are currently or planning to lease buses using commercial practices (FAR Part 12). These buses will be used on Andrews AFB, MD. We are looking for a standard bluebird type 28-passenger bus to include spare tire, a/c, and luggage rack to lease for one year with possible option to extend for up to 3 years.
