AMENDMENT 0001 is issued to the above RFQ to change the language of a TARGETED PERFORMANCE FEATURE of CLIN 0001, Feller buncher with attached shredder/mulching mower. Instead of THE ATTACHED SHREDDER MUST BE CAPABLE OF GRINDING WOODY DEBRIS, etc., the language is changed to ATTACHED SHREDDER CAPABLE OF GRINDING WOODY DEBRIS, etc. This amendment changes the significance of this PERFORMANCE FEATURE from REQUIRED to TARGETED.
