It is the intent of FISC, NNSY Annex, to contract for: Item 0001: Pipe staging storage and handling skid, as manufactured in accordance with Drawing no. 63100 (Sheet 1 & 2) with the following additional/corrective information -- Working load shall be 12,000 lbs evenly distributed, load testing shall be 18,000 lbs (+/- 1000 lbs), 4000 lbs shall be loaded in each of the four (4) pipe bays and 1000 lbs in each pipe clamp bin, units shall be primed and painted units shall be tested and certified in accordance with dwg.
