This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation NMA30199R0332 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. (iv) The applicable SIC code is 7372. The applicable size standard for small business eligibility is $14.5 Million in annual revenues. (b) Hardware and software products, individually and in combination, shall 1) successfully transition into the year 2000 with the correct system date, without human intervention, including leap year calculations; and 2) provide correct results when moving forward or backward in time across the year 2000.
