seeking a contractor to develop a plan to assess the overall integrity
of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The contractor will design
a study to extract detailed information about SFSP sites, sponsors,
participants and eligible non-participants. The types of information
sought will be useful for assessing whether the SFSP is efficiently
fulfilling its goal of hunger prevention and for identifying possible
inefficiencies and barriers to participation among children from
