The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is soliciting bids for preventive maintenance and inspection services on the building systems at four Indian Health Service facilities. The building systems include boilers-heating equipment; automatic temperature controls; and heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. The preventive maintenance and inspection services shall be performed on a quarterly basis and will require an authorized factory representive of a major temperature controls company such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Powers, Landis and Staefa or Barber Coleman for the HVAC control systems. The BAIHS intends to award a contract for a base year with four renewal option years.
