The Contractor shall perform on-site Field Review of Appraisals completed by the HUD fee panel appraisers and/or HUD approved Direct Endorsement staff appraisers as assigned by the HUD Field Offices. The contractor may physically pick-up the cases or they may be mailed on a weekly basis to the contractor. Cases will be required to be returned to the Field Offices within fifteen days. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the contractor. The geographic areas covered by this solicitation are Atlanta, Georgia; Knoxville, Tennessee; Nashville, Tennessee; Orlando, Florida; the Caribbean HUD Offices and the counties serviced by these offices. The contract period is from the date of the award through September 30, 1999. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about June 4, 1999 with a due date of no later than June 11, 1999.
