The bulkhead will be constructed of steel piling, anchor tie-back, and concrete cap. Drainage outlets through the bulkhead will be provided. Installation of the bulkhead will require demolition of existing timber piling or bulkhead, wood or timber structures, chain link fence, hydrant, watermains and capping, catch basins and drains, and pavement.
