Presolicitation notice to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to overlay existing bituminous concrete pavement with a two (2) inch course of bituminous concrete overlay in designated locations and to construct three (3) inch bituminous concrete pavement in other designated locations. The work includes roadway patching, crack sealing and grading to drain at designated areas, and lay down gutter as designated at the Valley City National Fish Hatchery in Barnes County, Valley City North Dakota. The tentative date for issuance of the solicitation is on or about June 11, 1999. The tentative date for opening bids will be on or about July 13, 1999. Performance period is 45 calendar days. Acquisition is unrestricted. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. There is no charge for solicitation documents. Plans will be available for inspection without charge at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 134 Union Blvd. Suite 140, Lakewood Colorado 80228 upon issuance of the solicitation.
