This construction project will be UNRESTRICTED. The estimated price range is over $10 million. The work includes various construction projects to focus mainly on garage, plaza, street, and associated interior construction in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The contract will be for a base year and four option years. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposals, whereby offerors will be required to submit an offer to contain a cost proposal and small disadvantaged business utilization targets and additional information to contain past performance information and a professional qualification statement. An interview will also be scheduled with all acceptable offerors within one week of receipt of offers. The Government may elect to award a single task order contract or to award multiple task order contracts to two or more sources under this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposals, conforming to the solicitation, represent the best value to the Government on the basis of (1) the merits of its offer, (2) its relative capability, and (3) our level of confidence in the offeror.
