Contractor shall provide proof of liability insurance with coverage for damage and injury on site and in transport and verification of MT license. Contractor is responsible for: obtaining all required permits and the costs incurred in obtaining them; notifying agencies and parties affected. Contractor also responsible for preparing mobile homes for transport, which includes: removing skirting; disconnecting water, sewer, propane, and air conditioning lines; separate halves of double-wide trailers for transport; remove hallway additiona between trailers specified.
