This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Submit written offers only (oral offers will not be considered), on requisitions F41636-99-Q0628, this procurement is restricted to Small Business only. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11, Standard Industrial Code 3679. Furnish the following as identified by manufacture, or like item: All work shall be in conformance with the drawings and specifications, including the furnishing of all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary and incidental thereto. Contractor shall manufacture and deliver to Lackland AFB, Gateway Hills Golf Course, Hole #3, 1 (one) pre-engineered steel bridge 6_ wide x 85_ long. Documentation will be available on request.
