The location of the work is at COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam, M.I. The scope of work includes: (1) remove and demolish the top corroded section of the existing steel sheet piling (approximately 1,420 linear feet) and construct a new concrete seawall and concrete deck at Sumay Marina. (2) Restore and replace approximately 350 linear feet of stone revetment shore erosion protection and construct and install new steel sheet piling and concrete bulkhead (approximately 414 linear feet) at Delta Wharf. (3) Restore and replace approximately 110 linear feet of stone revetment shore erosion protection and construct and install new steel sheet piling and concrete bulkhead (approximately 696 linear feet) at Echo Wharf. (4) Restore and replace approximately 200 linear feet of stone revetment shore erosion protection at Glass Break Water and (5) Remove and replace existing double swing vehicular entry gate at Glass Break Water. The performance period is 360 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Availability of plans and specifications will be determined at a later date. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1629 with a size standard of $17.0 MIL.
