SF 254 & SF 255 forms related to renovating approximately 18,500 sq ft
of existing space. 2nd floor of Ambulatory Care Building is
approximately 8000 sq ft and will be developed into care exam rooms,
with a waiting area and a check-in area. The waiting area will serve
dual purpose to accommodate overflow waiting from the Blood-drawing
area located adjacently. 1st floor main tower is approximately 3500 sq
ft and will be converted into a Primary Care module to support Urgent
Care and Employee Health. The area will also have a check-in and
waiting area. 6th floor main tower is approximately 7000 sq ft and will
be renovated to accommodate the relocation of the Medical Services
Administration area currently located on 2nd floor Ambulatory care
bldg. The project will also provide a conference room for
staff-resident teaching and interaction. SIC code: 8712. Procurement
for this A-E design service is subject to availability of funds. This
is open to all qualified A-E firms pursuant to FAR 19.10. THIS IS NOT
A PROPOSAL. Do not call to request a SOL package. Closing time for
