COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF MAY 26,1999 PSA#2354SP -- TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESSES IN ADVANCED
TECHNOLOGIES (TADSBAT I) BASIC COURSE The NASA Office of Small and
Disadvantaged Business Utilization and MTA, Inc., are pleased to
present TADSBAT I (basic course). This unique and dynamic training
course is designed to provide an insight into the NASA acquisition
culture. The course provides linkage to management strategies, proposal
evaluation procedures, as well as programmatic approaches for
successfully competing in NASA's technical aerospace arena.
Participants will be selected from small, small disadvantaged,
women-owned businesses, historically black colleges/universities and
minority institutions. Business/educational institutions must possess
technical capabilities related to NASA's mission and the four strategic
enterprises as discussed in NASA's strategic plan located at the

This TADSBAT I basic course is limited to fifty (50) participants.
