Furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment and vehicles to perform the following work: grass mowing, cleaning services, maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, herbiciding, repair electrical and mechanical systems, operation and maintenance of water and sewage systems, beach maintenance, janitorial and policing services, marking and painting boundary lines, operation of Mill Springs Mill, and a variety of other services associated with the operation of the water resource project at Lake Cumberland, Somerset, Kentucky. Lake Cumberland is located on the Cumberland River in South Central Kentucky in Clinton, Wayne, Pulaski, Russell and McCrary counties. This will be a Performance Based Contract. Solicitations will be available on or about 22 June 1999 on CD ROM only. Proposals are to be received by the close of business (4:15 p.m. Central Standard Time) 10 August 1999. Work to begin on or about 01 January 2000 with the option to renew for four (4)additional one year periods. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8744. Size Standard for Small Business is average annual receipts for preceding three (3) years not to exceed $20 million.
