Department of Energy, Nevada Operations Office (DOE/NV), is soliciting proposals for janitorial and maintenance services at the Nevada Support Facility (NSF) located at 232 Energy Way, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89030. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing labor, materials, supplies, and supervision. The anticipated performance period is a base period of one year with four, one-year options. The estimated start date is December 1, 1999. The procurement is set-aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Code is 7349. The anticipated issuance date of this solicitation is June 11, 1999.
