The Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide advanced occupational/vocational training courses in Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship leading to a program completion certificate for the inmates at the institution, with an option for camp inmates. Service to include, but not limited to, instruction, curriculum development & guidance, registration, and financial aide advice, if applicable. Accreditation and all credit hours should be transferrable to other educational institutions whenever possible. Instruction to be provided on-site. Contractor to provide all textbooks, workbooks, instructor and student supplies, photocopies, etc. to support the program. Interested parties must be listed in the directory entitled Accredited Institutions of Post-Secondary Education or be declared eligible to receive financial aide assistance through the U.S. Department of Education. All educational institutions must be accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges or its regional counterpart. The contract period will be from date of award through 12 months.
