repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror
must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not
previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment
of the contractor's data. The contractor's inspection is tentatively
set for June 23, 1999 at the U.S. Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek,
Norfolk, VA. The availability dates are tentively set for August 16,
1999 through January 10, 2000 with work to take place at the
contractor's plant. This is a BEST VALUE PROCUREMENT. Contractor's are
encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals. The
