This solicitation also contains provisions for over/above and data reporting. This Solicitation contains options to extend the period of contract for three additional years. The approximate issue/response date will be 08 JUN 1999. The anticipated award date will be 15 JUL 1999. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation.
