DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Provide all labor materials, equipment, supplies and coordination for all work necessary to repair the Solids and Grit Separator Equipment, Bldg 315, Robins AFB GA. In accordance with statement of work a. Remove entire separator from the head works of wastewater plant; b. Replace all worn/deteriorated bucket chains, sprockets, driven and idle bearing units; c. Replace all unusable coverings and brackets with fabricated stainless steel components; d. Fabricate new and replace existing discharge chute with stainless steel; e. Repair, fabricate new as needed replacement materials to reinstall missing broke chain detection and counter weight system; f. Repairs drive motor/gear unit drives components; g. Repairs to count code, the existing service in feed disconnect and related conduits; h. Clean, sandblast and ready all usable framework, coverings, buckets and drive components with epoxy based coating throughout. .
