S. Navy T-39D aircraft. The contractor shall provide all material, parts and components, special test equipment and tooling necessary to accomplish this effort. All work must be completed no later than 15 January 2000 in order to meet established U. S. Navy mission requirements. As the sole owner of the technical data, special test equipment and tolling needed to perform this work, Sabreliner is the only firm capable of providing these services in the required timeframe.
