Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number R-CHI-00379 for an indefinite quantity contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for construction inspections of new construction or substantial rehabilitated multifamily projects pursuant to Sections 202 /811 of the National Housing Act/National Affordable Housing Act for Housing for the Elderly or for Persons with Disabilities for the geographic area of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties in the State of Illinois. The proposed Purchase Order is for a two-year period or until the amount of $80,000 has been reached whichever occurs first. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is $1.5 million average annual sales for the last three fiscal years* (*as measured by total revenues, but excluding funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such asbookings or sales subject to commissions.
