Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number R-CHI-00380 for an indefinite quantity contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for construction inspections of new or substantial rehabilitated multifamily projects pursuant to the National Housing Act, Section 221 or 232 or 223(f) for the geographic area of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties in the State of Illinois. The proposed Purchase Order is for a two-year period or until the amount of $95,000 has been reached whichever occurs first. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is $1.5 million average annual sales for the last three fiscal years* (*as measured by total revenues, but excluding funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such s bookings or sales subject to commissions.
