AERATION SYSTEMS FOR HYDROELECTRIC DAMS AND SEWAGE AND/OR OTHER WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES The Tennessee Valley Authority is considering offering rights for exclusive license(s) or nonexclusive license(s) to make, use, sell, and sublicense the right to use, "Aeration System" U.S. Patent numbers 5,462,657, October 31, 1995, and 5,514,285, May 7, 1996. The grant of any licenses will be subject to TVA's reservation of a license on behalf of the U.S. Government to practice and have practice of the invention. For exclusive licenses, the period contemplated for exclusivity is 8 years. Consideration will also be given to several exclusive licenses based on geographic areas and/or industrial applications. This technology improves gas to liquid transfer in hydroelectric dam trailwaters and sewage treatment effluent or other wastewater treatment facilities.
