This training is being acquired through University of = West=20 Florida Research and Graduate Studies, Pensacola, FL. The requirement = consists=20 of a one (1) year renewal of courses in the following areas: Computer=20 Programmer/Analyst Course, System/Network Administrator Course, and = Database=20 Administrator Course. This procurement is being processed on a sole = source=20 basis because the University of West Florida has developed the = curriculum for=20 the above listed Navy-specific courses and has the capability to = continue with=20 no additional costs associated with new course initiation. No other=20 institutions within the reasonable commuting limits have been = identified as=20 providing these specialized courses. Interested persons may identify = their=20 interest and capability to respond to the requirement or to submit = proposals. =20 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
