emergency maintenance/repair of C-130 aircraft while inducted to the
Sensor Modification Upgrade line at Boeing Aircraft Modification Center
(BAMC) in Shreveport, LA. The Coast Guard will enter into a sole source
requirements type contract with BAMC for those repairs that affect
flight safety or impact the sensor upgrade effort or upgrade schedule.
The Coast Guard does NOT own the requisite technical documents, nor
can they be provided to interested parties. See NUMBERED Note 22.
