is a regular overhaul availability to include drydocking and
miscellaneous repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation,
the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair
(ABR). If not previously done adequate time must exist to allow proper
assessment of the contractor's data. The contractors' inspection will
tentatively take place at the U.S. Naval Amphibious Base, Little
Creek, Norfolk, Viginia on June 29 and June 30, 1999. The tentative
availability dates are August 31, 1999 through April 30, 2000 with work
to take place at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is
unrestricted. This is a best value procurement utilizing past
