Remove the existing Cardkey card readers and install 5 magnetic stripe readers compatible with the existing Best Access Systems already in use at DDSP. This will allow DDSP's video badging system to remotely access the control panels via telephone modems for the adding and deleting of cards. This is to include all labor, material and supervision. Contractor must use authorized Best Access System alarm parts. This request for oral quotation and the resultant contract award are being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
