Contractor shall provide design services including detailed cost estimates, design development, contract documents and construction period services for the project to include the installation of Government furnished sound booths, create exam and treatment areas, and research lab and administrative space. The construction cost range for the project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Selection and award is subject to the availability of funds in fiscal year 1999.
