The Naval Air Systems Command is issuing DRAFT Section L "INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS" and referenced Attachment 01 "Format For Summarizing Labor Costs" under DRAFT Solicitation N00019-99-R-1322 for Industry Comment. In addition, the government is posting the questions and answers in response to the draft solicitation issued for on-site support for the Navy and Air Force C-9 Aircraft totaling 52 aircraft. If there is any conflict between the responses and the final solicitation, the final solicitation will take precedence. The draft Section L and the questions and answers for the solicitation may be obtained under the DRAFT Solicitation at the following website: www.navair.navy.mil under "Business Opportunities". We are requesting industry comments by close of business 04 June 1999 so that they may be evaluated an incorporated, as necessary, into the final solicitation.
