DLA DEFENSE REUTILIZATION AND MARKETING SERVICE (DRMS) RFP SP0700-99-R-7004 The Request for Proposal(RFP) for the cost comparison study for the most efficient and cost effective method of providing disposal services at ten(10 Defense Reutilization and Marketing Offices (DRMOs) located in Portsmouth, NH; Groton, CT; Watertown, NY; Tobyhanna, PA; Chkanbersburg, PA; Fort Meade, MD; Richmond, VA; Lakehurst, NJ; Mechanicsburg, PA; and Portsmouth, VA, will be available and issued on June 1, 1999, over the internet at the following address http://www.supply.dla.mil/A76. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. The resultant contract awarded, if any, will be awarded on an all or none basis. The contract performance period will be a three-year base period with the government's discretion to exercise two one-year option periods. This requirement will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
