Contractor is to provide laborers in response to federal agencies as submitted to the Cooperative Administrative Support Unit (CASU), Fort Worth, Texas. Laborers will be required to move furniture, boxes, and other materials. Government may require contractor to provide tractor-trailer (18-wheeler) with qualified driver. Drivers must possess all applicable licenses and any other state, local, or federal documents required to operate vehicle. Contractor is responsible for required insurance. Solicitation will issue on or about 15 June 1999 with bid opening on or about 15 July 1999. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year renewal options. The solicitation will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Solicitations will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD-ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD-ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the Contractor's responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
